Mass update external link

Hi,

I have been very frustrated for the issue. Every month we need to provide monthly summary for senior management, which are required multiple data files. Normally we manually set up external file link to get the information we need, which include a lot of complicated formular with external linkage.

Are there any way we can dynamically update those link. For example

Revenue cell is from monthly revenue report. In Jan column, the cells comes from Jan.xls; In Feb column, the cell value coms from Feb.xls. due to the complex of our work, it is really unrealistic for us to use same file to keep all of those information in one file.
