need help on excel

hope i get early response
1.I have an .xls in c:\data\querydata.xls i need to copy this .xls and saveas it in differnt directory with different name c:\final\query\data_01112007.xls next day data_01222007.xls next day data_01322007.xls next day data_01422007.xls and so on
2.i have two macros to load data from text to .xls created by record new macros
3.i need to schedule to load data with every :30 minutes gap every time from 6:30am to 10:30 am first macro and 11:00 am to 6:30pm second macro every day every month through data_01112007.xls next day data_01122007.xls next day data_01132007.xls data_01142007.xls so on
