Tools menu disabled

    Unhappy Tools menu disabled

    Hi,

    Everytime I open my excel, I see the Tools menu is disabled . I would like to set the password for my workbook.

    Could someone help me how to enable the tools menu..

    Application.Commandbars("Worksheet Menu Bar").Controls("Tools").Visible 
= True
