Pivot Table Totals

Apparently the purpose of Pivot Tables is to Total something, but I don’t need to total anything.
So I have unchecked Grand Total for Columns & Grand Total for Rows.
In each Field Setting I have selected to subtotal None

Since the Pivot Table won’t complete without a Count of something, I have counted Tasks – see the attached pdf

Short of hiding Row 3 (Count of Task cell)
and hiding Column F (totals)
Is there any other way to get what I want?
