Need Help with Macro

I need help writing a Macro that will do the following... I have searched and searched and can't get it to work.

I want to add a button on the first tab that will insert a new row TC5.0, TC6.0, etc and do a couple other things. Here is an example, the button would insert the new row and name the first column TC5.0 and I want it to be between TC4.0 and total number of test cases... at the same time I also need it to add a new worksheet with the TC5.0 tab name as well.

TC3.0 Test case 3 P
TC4.0 Test description 4


Total Number of Test Cases 4
Total Pass 3

Is this possible... this is driving me crazy. Can anyone help??????
