I need a little help, I get data that looks like it is a piviot table, but what i am needing to do is get it into a list form. The file i have attached is only an example. The file is only a small example. What i am looking at is many many rows long.

I think this might do what you want. You'll have to edit the macro if you use it. Just run the macro from any sheet, and it will create your list on Sheet3.
