Can I program cells to display pictures?

I'm compiling some basic data from various football leagues. Basically, what I want is a column where I enter the country where the game is being played, and in an adjacent cell I want the national flag to be displayed. Is this possible?

    Hi again,

If you are dealing with national flags which you have already downloaded, and which are located in a dedicated column, there is also the possibility to have their Visible property set to True or False, depending on your choice ...

Thanks for your help. From what I can gather (I know very little about excel) I'd be better avoiding the idea. Thanks again though.

If you still have an interest, there was a file FIFA World Cup 1_03 (3).xls etup by Graham Paramore at http://www.parry.co.nz and whilst the code is protected the sheet might give you some insight as to what can be achieved.

A 2006 version is currently on display for download
