Creating find and replace dictionaries

I have a series of massive data sheets, within which are data to be anonymized. Similar entries appear in all sheets, so I'm curious if it's possible to create something along the lines of a 'Find and Replace Dictionary', which I could run to perform what can be a rather mundane and repetitive task.

For example, all entries of " Dr. Smith " need to become " Dr. One ", in all workbooks.
