    Question Need help for fire department

    I am trying to use Excel to track certifications for my fire department. I was wondering if there is any way to highlight a cell automatically when a cert. expires and if a group of cells can be given a value such as 2 years to base the expiration on.     You can click, Format, Conditional formatting and choose your condition such as Cell... >= 2
