Hi everyone,
I've been working with my printing options here, but I can't seem to get my excel to understand what I want...
I have a chart with five columns. I filled out the first two rows, printed it out, and got the approval initials. Now, I have to fill out three more rows on the same chart, and print it out on the same paper and get more initials. So... I was wondering if there is a way to get Excel to print the selected rows in the right spot. I tried things like just print selection or setting the print area, but the selected rows just print out at the top of the page, and not where they are located on the spreadsheet.
I thought about just putting the data into a blank sheet to get it to print out where I want it to, but the problem is that I have to make it so that anyone can add a couple of rows to this same spreadsheet and then print it out onto this same piece of paper. So I guess I need a way to print just the data we added, in the right place on the paper. Or is there an even better way of accomplishing the same thing?
I'd appreciate any advice! Thanks!
