    Can I auto-format print settings?

I have a pivot table that when "All US" is selected is approximately 1,000 rows. I've fomatted the report manually to print all 1,000 rows.

My problem is when someone selects a different country in the pivot table drop-down, say "Germany", there are only 100 rows. However, the print format stays the same, so there are many blank pages that print.

Is there a way (with or w/o VB) to make it so the print range changes as does the number of rows with data?

I'm pretty sure there is a way with VB. Is there one without VB? If you know the VB method or somewhere that describes it can you direct me?

    Thanks!! Dan
