Hope everyone is well.

How do i do the following:

I have a nested IF formula and depending on which value it shows it will id be a standard number or a currency

Formula: 
=IF($B$6="X",Data!D8,IF($B$7="X",Data!D8*(VLOOKUP(A10,Pvalues,2,0)),0))
When the second IF is true the cell needs to desiplay a £ plus the value.

Any help would be great
