Im wondering if its possible to freeze a column- similar to freeze panes.
I want Column A to scroll up and down, but the rest to stay stationary.

Don't know what you what this for but, would split panes help? Both horizontally and vertically at the same time?

It might. If I could split panes and scroll one side and not the other, but when I tried it, both sides scroll at the same time.Originally Posted by oldchippy
What about having two windows of the same page open?
With your spreadsheet open, go to Window > New Window, then compare side by side. Is that any better?
That would work except Im creating this sheet for someone else who would not be able to figure it out. Dont worry about this problem anymore, Ill figure something out.Originally Posted by oldchippy
