    Hide Row Number only

I have data in row 1 that is just text. The data starts on row 2. is it possible to have that first row un-numbered and have row 2 actually be row 1?

Do you want to Hide row 1? if so click on row 1 at the left hand side, then right click your mouse and select hide

No, I want the row to be visible, I just want to hide the row number of row 1 only but, I want the second row to be row 1, the third to be row 2 and so on..... If I could just hide the "1" and have row 2 be row 2, I would settle for that also.

Do you mean hide the data in Row 1, but Row 1 still to be there. If this is it format the font to white in Row 1

I still want the data visible in the first row, I just don't want it numbered.

Dude, that page looks like HTML/CSS - nothing to do with Excel.

I think it best if you could post a sample - if you can?
