    formulas in 1/4 increments?

    Hi All,
I have the following formula to sum some numbers.
    =sum(D11+B12)-C12

This formula is calculating whole numbers, how can I write this so that it will calculate in 1/4 increments?

    8.5 + 6 - 2.5 = 8.25

(My total keep rounding up to 8.3)

    Thanx

    Lt
