What can Excel 2003 do that Excel 97 cant?

    What can Excel 2003 do that Excel 97 cant?

    I run the excel spreadsheets used to record work output of 30 staff in my department. All staff spreadsheets are linked to main ones run by myself. This morning my section upgraded from Excel 97 to Excel 2003, is their any new features that I should look out for that help in collating stats?
