Column Comparision

Hi,

I need help for my daily job.
My need is
First compare cell of column E with column A and check for corresponding value in column D.

In attached sheet, cell E1= cell A39 and corresponding value at D39 is 1 then enter text of E1 with red color in cell H1. if its value is zero then with green color in cell H1. Cell E2= cell A46 and corresponding value at D46 is zero then text of E2 is of green color in cell H2.
