    Screen Resolution Question

I'm creating a spreadsheet for work with several different VBA button (checkboxes, combobuttons, etc.). All of these buttons are placed so their position is far enough away from another field, right next to another field, etc (based on my screen resolution 1024x768). When I try to open the spreadsheet in a different resolution, everything is out of place (too close, too far, overlaps something else, etc.). Is there anything I can do with the code to prevent this, regardless of what screen resolution is used? Thanks for your help, Chris.
