Team list

Hi all, Happy New Year.

I am trying to create a formula that pulls together a list of project team members based on the number of hours they have allocated towards a specific project. This list needs to be based on the Project name I enter into a specific cell. For instance...

... in the above example, if I enter "Project 2" in cell B11, I was hoping to see Resource D, E and F from row 15 onwards under "Resources on Project". I'm guessing the condition would be IF "Cell" is greater than 0, return the name of that person

Was playing around with Index Match but can't work out how to create a list. Any help with this will be great.
(I have attached my workbook if this helps).

I think you mean Resource E F G not D E F

Yes, sorry, just to clarify, the labels in row 1 "Resource D", "Resource E" and "Resource F" need to appear in the list if I were to enter "Project 2" in cell B11. The list needs to change accordingly based on the project entered into B11.

Edit: I forgot to lock the cell reference for the MAX. It should be "MAX($M$2:M2)+1" not "MAX(M2:M2)+1"
