Multiple Workbooks, please help

I have multiple worksheets in a workbook. I want to summarize all of them in a final worksheet at the end (linking the summary to the diff worksheets). Every worksheet is formatted the exact same with diff. information. Is there anyway I can autofilter the information from each worksheet into the summary sheet, instead of manually linking every worksheet to the cells in the summary?
