Sales Reps reports using Pivot Tables

Hello,
I would like to create (as painlessly as possible!) individual reports for our (10)sales reps using a pivot table. I don't want to share our total sales with all reps yet I'd like them to still have a functioning pivot table.
What is the best way to generate the multiple reports for each rep?

How is your raw data stored?

What I did was to use MS Access to house my data.
Then I create a pivot table linked to that datasource.
In the query wizard, I would filter on each rep and create a seperate version of the pivot table, filtered for each respective rep.

This only works if your reps are not IT savvy and you keep them in the dark as to how the query is built.
