Shading cells depending on formula result

    Hi,

I have a spreadsheet which contains the following formula in one of the columns of cells.

    =(100%-SUM(B2:H2))

If this formula equals less than 100% I would like the cell to be shaded red. If it is 100% green, and over 100% blue.

Any ideas on how to do this?

    Thanks in advance,
    Steve

    Hi Steve,

You need Format > Conditional Formatting

Set first to less than 100%
    Second to 100%
    Third greater than 100%

format each one as you go
