Column Sorting

Is there a way to sort a spreadsheet across columns rather than a range of rows.
ie Starting with :-
Fat Hat Able Bed Egg Dog Cat Goat
2
4
5
3
7
6

Ending up with:-
Able Bed Cat Dog Egg Fat Goat Hat
2
4
5
3
7
6

This would sort across the columns but leave the row data in the same order.
