Processing Delimited Data with a Web Query

I have a file on a website that contains the answers from a survey. The answers are delimited. As of right now, to update the spreadsheet I have created to analyze the data, I have to go in and copy the information from the webpage into a text file then open with excel and indicate the delimiter which is the "|" symbol. That's the one on the same key as "\" and not a letter.

I know a web query can be used to update what information is in the webpage as much as every minute but is there a way to indicate what the delimiter is in those files? As of right now it's just entering all the data in as a big line (one line per survey, each survey has 14 answer spaces).

Any help provided would be greatly appreciated. I can give the file's address if necessary. Thanks for your time.

    VB Code?

I'm starting to think that Excel can't do this on its own without VB. Would this be a good assumption?
