How do I make this formula work?

I hope you can help me out. My formula is:

=AVERAGE(IF(A2:A7>B2,A2:A7))

Prices Criteria Result
500.00 200.00 215.00
150.00
40.00
230.00
110.00
260.00

Im suppose to get 330 as a result but it always turns out to be 215.
