Advanced Conditional Format....?

Hi,

I've created a spreadsheet for our staffing in a small contact centre, and in the cell we have info such as '07:45-16:15 Senior'. Is it possible to set up a conditional format so that if the word 'senior' appears in the cell regardless of any other text, it changes the background colour?

Try this, I assumed the text was in cell A1

=FIND("Senior",A1,1)
