I am using Excel 2000 and periodically my auditing options from both the menu at the top and from a toolbar appear as greyed out and therefore not accessible. The spreadsheet is not protected nor is the workbook as a whole. and it does not appear to be controlled via Tools>options. Can anyone suggest where I might look or how I could get the toolbar back please?
