HELP says: "The shortcut key will override any default Microsoft Excel shortcut keys while the workbook that contains the macro is open."

If I have 5 different workbooks open at the same time, the new macro is assigned to Ctl+S in Workbook 1 only, will Ctl+S override that shortcut key in workbooks 2, 3, 4 and 5?
