Problem entering numbers

Hello, I am having an awkward problem, on every sheet I use(Including new ones)..

When I enter 100 it changes it to 1.
When I enter 1000 it changes it to 10
When I enter 10000 it changes it to 100.

I thought it was something to do with iteration in the tools>options menu but I have set both of them to 1 and they are unticked anyway and it shows the same problem.

Can anyone help please?!?!?

Tools>Options, Edit tab, uncheck Fixed decimal
