    Lost Password

Is there anyway to open a workbook that has a read-only password on it. I
created a password on the workbook somtime ago and now have no idea what it
    might be.

If there is no way to open the workbook. Is there anyway to find our how
many characters the password is long....at least that way I could try an open
it with a number of combinations of words

    Re: Lost Password

Google for "password cracker". There are several of them available.
