Does Excel have a cell format for lat/long in ° min sec format?

    Does Excel have a cell format for lat/long in ° min sec format?

    I want to correctly display the latitudes and longitudes of a list of
    locations in the typical degree, minute, second format rather than a decimal.
    Does anyone know whether or not this is possible?
