How do I print a page with a horizontal layout?

I have created a spreadsheet in Excel (which I am not familiar with at all).
When I print it, it uses two or three pages. I would like to print it where
the layout is horizontal, going across the length of the page so it will all
fit on one. How do I do that? I know it's got to be something simple.

    File > Page Setup

A new window will open with all sorts of page formatting options. You want
Landscape, and you may have to scale your page to fit.

With the spreadsheet open, go to File (menu), choose Page Setup.

On this dialog, using the first tab, choose landscape orientation, and click the button next to 'Fit to' (1) page wide by (1) page tall. This will force the print-out to fit on one page.

Click OK, then select File, Print Preview.

(If you don't see either of these options on the File menu, just hover your mouse over the word File for a few seconds, and the menu will stretch and show the missing options; that's if you are using a recent version of Excel).

    Regards
    Mike
