How do I set the page size in Excel 2003 to be 11 X 17?

11 X 17 is not an option under paper size on the 2003 version. Custom size
does not appear either. These options are on the 2000 version. This does
not make sense. I wondered if I was overlooking something obvious!

Excel will support whatever size your Printer will support.

Have you changed printers along with Excel versions?

No I haven't. The printer that is attached to the computer will not support
this size. I was working on a document that will be emailed to another
computer that does support the larger size. As you responded it should allow
you to set the size that is supported by the printer but on the 2000 version
it didn't matter what printer was attached. I could set the paper size to
whatever I needed. I thought it was strange that 2003 would not have those
options. I thank you for your help.
