    Open CSV file in excel

At work we finally upgraded to Excel 2003 from Excel 2002. Previously when I
opened a CSV file it automatically converted the data into a table. Now I
have to run the Text Import Wizard...any suggestions on how I have it setup
to automatically open CSV files in a table?

First thing I'd check is that the windows list separator matches the character
that is used in the .csv file to separate the fields.

    Close excel
windows start button|settings|control panel|Regional and language options

    Click the customize button
    Numbers Tab
    List separator

Make sure it matches your data.
