Aligning decimal numers to the centre of the cell and aligning dec

I am interested in knowing whether it is possible to align
10.1
100.1
1000.1
to the centre of the cell and aligning decimal points vertically?

Custom format:

#.#????

You can add or subtract the amount of question marks to align the numbers
where you wish, according to your own cell width.
