SP2 screws Excel. Now only puts in decimal numbers

I installed SP2 for office 2003 yesterday and now anything I type into my
excel workbook shows up with .45 instead of 45 which I typed in.. Any ideas?

Tools -> Options -> Edit tab.

Uncheck "Fixed Decimal Places"
