    Unable To Record

I am having a small issue with a client. When he logs in to a workstation
as an Administrator, he can record, save and run macros However, if one of
his regular users log in, they get an error as soon as they specify a Macro
name they get an error message saying "Unable To Record."

The specific workstation that I am working on is running Office 97 on WinXP
Pro on a Windows 2k domain.

    Any thoughts?

Have a look at some of these results from a google search.
