how do I move excel toolbar from side margin to top of worksheet

I have accidently moved the tooolbar on EXCEL to the left-hand side of the
worksheet. How do I get it back to the top of the worksheet ?
I am using Microsoft Office 2003

    Jay

Hover the cursor over the 4 little dots at end of Toolbar until you see a
    4-headed arrow.

Click on that and move the toolbar back to top.

Look for the little row of dots across the very top of the toolbar. Move
your mouse pointer over them until they turn into a "move" indicator (cross
with 4-arrowheads) and then just drag it away from the side and up to the top.

Point to the line of dots at the top of the toolbar
Drag the toolbar onto the worksheet, where it will become a floating toolbar
Continue dragging, to the top of the worksheet, and position it with the
    other toolbars
