I got a problem when tried to open the file!

    Hi,I'm a user of beta 2.
whenever I open the file, it always says "Microsoft office has encountered a
    problem and needs to close".
So, I sent the error report as requested and restarted it.
After that I got an another warning that "Excel failed to start
correctly..Do you want to start in safe mode?"
It runs correctly in safe mode!!
However, I need to do this in every time I try to run Excel.
Are there Anybody has the same problem?
Or anybody has the solution for this?

I ran into exactly this because I installed Excel 12 while leaving Excel 2003
    on my computer.
When I uninstalled Excel 2003, Excel 12 ran fine.
When I loaded Excel 2003 and uninstalled Excel 12, Excel 2003 ran fine.
My computer is totally up to specs with Microsoft's recommendations but the
    crashes kept-a-coming.
Remember, it's a BETA. There are bugs (no matter what Microsoft says :o>).
Decide which version you want to go with and get rid of the other. Not
guaranteed but I believe that will most likely solve your problem.

As a first step, I would uninstall both Excels before choosing which to
    re-install.

    Good luck and HTH,

    Thank you Gary,
However, I did have 2007(Excel 12) after formatting the hard drive.
I don't think this would conflict with the previous one when running.
Maybe, with another software which can be added in it automatically when
    installed.
But, I have no idea how I can find it thru excel tools & icons or tabs.
Anybody knows how to check the Add-In?
Or anybody experienced which software can make trouble with Excel?
