I would like to have an excel time card that I've created open up at a
certain intervals during the day, automatically so I can go in an fill it
out. It would be similar to a reminder on outlook. Is this possible.

Assuming that you're using windoze go to:
Start->All Programs->Accessories->System tools->Scheduled Tasks
Then create a scheduled task to open the workbook
