I have a file name Count.csv that is located on my local ftp site. I opened it in http (http://1.19.152.12/count.csv) and copyed everything. I then Opened a new excel project and did a Paste Special and then Paste Link. The data in the new excel project will update as long as the "http://1.19.152.12/count.csv" is open. And when its not open i get a error that says the data can't be updates. Is there a way around this or is this just how its gonna be?!
