downloading data foreign characters

Hi,

Im downloading data from our database. but since the database data is in foreign language excel converts the characters to unreadable characters.
Example is "นิตยสาร ราคา 25 บาท"
This was suppose to be in Thai characters.

Can you guys help me with this? it will really save us a lot of manual process if I can get this fixed.

The obvious question comes to mind: Do you have Thai language support
installed on the target computer? (Control Panel > Regional and Language
Options > Languages > [x] Install files for complex script...)

I'm not sure if you need "Install files for East Asian languages" for Thai.

it still didn't work...
I still have the "¹ÔµÂÊÒà ÃÒ¤Ò 25 ºÒ" characters instead of the Data in Thai Characters. I already used the "Thai - Thai Kedmanee" as language.

Can anyone help me with this?
