    Pivot Table Query

    Can someone help me please?

I have a pivot table which looks like the below showing per person the
number of ref #s created per date, i want it to show e.g. for Anna that she
has had 2 ref #s (12456 & 37890) created on 3 seperate dates therefore the
answer i want is a count of the date i.e. 3.

    Name Date Ref #
    Anna 01/02/06 12456
    12/03/06 12456
    14/05/06 37890
    Bella 12/01/06 43978
    Chris 10/02/06 21435

If this makes sense to anyone can you help me at all?

    Thanks in advance...

    Re: Pivot Table Query

A pivot table won't count unique values, but there's a workaround here,
if you're using an Excel list as the source:
