    Autolabel Axis

I use Excel from Office 2004 on a Mac to analyse and present scientific data.

I draw a lot of graphs of spectra each day and the labels on the graphs are
invariably one of 3 things. Is there any way that I can have a drop down list
or something similar to select the axis labels instead of typing them each
time, or can I set the writing above the column to read as x and y label
    rather than title and legend.

Any help will be greatly appreciated

    Re: Autolabel Axis

You could create a macro of three options and run the macro you need.
