How do you remove duplicate phone numbers in an Excel spreadsheet

How do your remove duplicate entries in an Excel spreadsheet? For example I
ran a report that lists phone numbers multiple times. I only need to have
the phone number referenced one time on the excel spreadsheet. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thank you Bridgette

One way of doing it is with Advanced Filter. To use it, select the range
that you want to filter, go to Data->Filter->Advanced Filter, select "Copy to
other location", enter the cell where you want to put the data in the "Copy
to" field, check the box for "Unique records only" and click Ok.

    Hope this helps,
    Miguel.
