How to enable a macro permanently so that it doesn't ask at start up?

    Hi,

I am using a macro that I had downloaded from MS to manage my budget. Each
time I load the workbook, it asks me whteher enable the macro or not. Can I
enable this macro in a way that it doesn't ask me each time I run it since
it is a trusted macro? Thank you.

Please forgive inaccurate translation from french

    Run C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\selfcert.exe to create a
    certificate with your own name
    Open your Workbook in Excel
    Switch to VBA (Alt-F11)
    Tools>Digital signature
    Click Choose...
    Select your signature
    Click OK
    Get back to Excel
    Save your workbook
    Close your workbook
    Re-open the workbook
Excel says it could not authentify the signing autority
    Select "Always trust... <your name>'
    Click OK

    Et voilà!

    Cheers,
