    how do i increase all values in workbook by a fixed amount?

    LambdaTS, Put your fixed amount in an unused cell, copy that cell then
    select the cells you want to increase then edit paste special and under
    operation pick add, OK

    RE: excell values

    1. in an un-used cell, enter the fixed amount
    2. select the cell and pull-down:
    Edit > Copy
    3. select the cells you want to increase and pull-down:
    Edit > Paste Special > and check the Add option

    This will add the fixed amount to all the cells you have selected in step 3
