I have a different sheet for each person in an Excel workbook, and I have
named them in the format: "Last Name, First". Is there a way to arrange them
all in alphabetical order at one time, or do I need to move each tab
individually?

You could use a macro:
Chip Pearson's:

David McRitchie's:

If you're new to macros, you may want to read David McRitchie's intro at:

There is no built-in function to do that.
However, the free Excel add-in "Excel Extras" will do it.
Plus it can create a worksheet Table of Contents and do other nice stuff.
Comes with install/use Word.doc file.
