how to interchange positive to negative value in excel

I have lot of data in one column. some are positive & negative value. I have
interchange to positive to negative & negative to positive.

In a separate cell, enter -1. Copy that cell

Select all the other cells to change
Edit>PasteSpecial
Click Multiply
OK

Clear the cell with -1 in.

Take an empty cell and type "-1"

Copy

Edit--> Paste Special --> click on the button "Multiply" and say ok

The numbers would have got converted.

Check if this works
