We provide a service whereby remote users can access Excel 2000 by using
Citrix Program Neighbourhood version 7.00.17534.

In the last 2 weeks a few microsoft service packs have been loaded onto the
server, and now we notice that every time a user opens excel various excel
add-ins are showing as open applications (previously they did not show).

They are not showing in excel under the WINDOW menu option, they are just
appearing as open applications in the system tray, however you cannot open
them.

Users are getting confused b/c they see these excel sheets as being open but
cannot access them.

Has anyone come across this? And if so what did you do to stop these
add-ins from showing.

Any help is appreciated.
